Remote Access Support

Below you will find links to tests for connecting to DWWTC labs and class meetings. Please, take your time to go through the tests and if possible, test from the location and computer you will be attending class on to ensure connectivity. If you have trouble with any of the tests, please submit a response below or contact your sales representative. Support hours are Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm PST. Support requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

REAL-ILT Test Meeting

If you would like to experience a test meeting prior to attending class, you may do so by clicking on the link below. The test meeting is presented by our technology partner at BlueJeans and is available during the schedule below.
