Versa Advanced Services course is a 1 day Instructor Led or Instructor Led Online course that provides participants with an understanding of SD- WAN services available in the Versa Secure SD-WAN.Course Objectives
At the end of this course, you will be able to:- Describe and configure Class of Service in the Versa Secure SD-WAN
- Describe and configure SD-WAN Policy (traffic steering) features and functions
- Describe and configure SLA monitoring features and functions
- Describe and configure basic Layer 3/Layer 4 stateful firewall services
Course Content
This course consists of 4 lessons:- Class of Service
- Traffic Steering
- SLA Monitoring
- Basic Security Services
- Configure SD-WAN edge devices to perform class of service on transit traffic;
- Configure SD-WAN edge devices to forward traffic across user-defined paths based on application type and other traffic properties;
- Configure SLA monitoring and link prioritization to select forwarding paths based on WAN link status
- Configure basic stateful firewall rules to secure the SD-WAN edge
Participants should have an intermediate level knowledge of IP networking, routing fundamentals, routing protocols, and basic IPsec and encapsulation/tunneling concepts. They should have knowledge of the Versa Secure SD-WAN solution, how to create and deploy device templates and configurations.
