To ensure your success, you will need basic Windows end-user computer skills.

Additionally, students are required to have the CompTIA A+ Certification (exams 220-901 and 220-902) or have taken and successfully completed the CompTIA A+ certification preparation course.

It is recommended that students have six to nine months experience in networking, including experience configuring and managing TCP/IP. Additional introductory courses or work experience in application development and programming or in network and operating system administration for any software platform or system are helpful but not required.
