helpHow do I register for a class?
You may register yourself online by searching for a class or by calling 866-399-8287 and requesting to speak to a sales person.
helpWhat if I would like to have a class delivered for a group of people or my company?
Please contact DWWTC directly at 866-399-8287 if you would like to speak to a representative about having any of our course offerings delivered to your group or company in a private setting.
helpDoes DWWTC rent rooms in their facilities?
Yes! We have rooms of various sizes with or without computers at competitive prices for rent. Please contact us at 866-399-8287 to inquire about space, cost and availability.
helpWhat happens if I need to cancel my class?
There is no charge for cancelling your class 10 business days prior to the class start date. However, if you cancel less than 10 business days prior to your class, you will not be entitled to a refund. A charge of 75.00 or 10% of the retail class price (whichever is greater) will also be assessed for cancelling your class if done less than 10 business days before the class start date.If there is a possibility that you may miss your training class, please contact our Registration Department immediately: +1 866 DWWTC US (399-8287) (email: email@example.com)
helpWhat happens if I do not show up to my class?
If you are not present for your class on the scheduled start date or have to terminate the class prior to completion for any reason, you have 6 months to do a re-take of the same class. A charge of $75.00 or 10% of the retail class price (whichever is greater) will be assessed for rescheduling. No-shows are not entitled to a refund. If you do not show up a second time for the same class, you will forfeit all fees paid and will not be allowed to attend a future class without additional registration fees.
helpWhat happens if I am late to my class?
If you know you are going to be late to your class please contact your sales representative or call 866-399-8287 as soon as possible, so we can let the instructor know your status.
helpWhat should I do if I need to leave my class early?
Please let your instructor know that you will need to leave and when. Students that stay the full duration of the course will be entitled to certificates of completion.

helpWhat happens if I do not receive a confirmation after I purchased my class?
When registering for a class at DWWTC, you will get an email confirming your registration, along with your Paid/Unpaid Invoice and REAL-ILT testing information (if signed up virtually). A final email confirming the class is sent out approximately two weeks prior to the class date. If the class has low enrollment, you will be sent an email approximately 3 weeks in advance to inform you that the class has the potential to cancel or be moved to another date. (It may be of no concern, but serves to assist you with any potential planning)
helpWhat should I expect when I register for a REAL-ILT course?
You should expect the same confirmation emails as detailed in the question above. 72 Hours prior to class, you should receive your REAL-ILT meeting invite. The invite will also include testing information in case you missed it in the confirmation email or the test email. You should also be prepared to receive your course materials/books prior to the class start either physically or electronically. If you do not receive your books or an email invite, please contact your sales representative or call 866-399-8287 as soon as possible.
helpCan I change my registration to REAL-ILT (Virtual) prior to the class date?
Absolutely! If you decide you would like to attend class via REAL-ILT with more than 5 business days until the start of your class, you may do so without any additional charges. If you decide you would like to attend REAL-ILT within 5 business days or less of the class start date, there will be an administrative fee of $100.
helpCan I move to REAL-ILT after my class is in progress?
Yes, you may move to REAL-ILT after the class is in progress, but this will require a $100 administrative fee. However, you must possess the equipment necessary to connect to the class via REAL-ILT.
helpWhat are the REAL-ILT system requirements?
We use BlueJeans as our technology partner, their system requirements can be found at the BlueJeans support page.
You will also recieve a technology test link in your confirmation meeting reminder emails. You can use these tests to ensure that your machine is compatible with our labs and REAL-ILT solution.
helpWill I have a chance to evaluate my class?
Yes. At the end of every class, you will have the opportunity to rate the instructor and your training environment.
helpWill I receive a hard copy or eBook copy of my Juniper materials with my Juniper registration?
If you are in the US: You can order a hard copy or eBook of your Juniper materials for class. But you have to place your order at least 6 business days before the start date of your class. If you place your order 5 business days or less before your start date, you will automatically receive a eBook. If you are outside the US: We only supply eBook copies of the class materials.
