Staffing
DWWTC will strategically qualified instructors to your curriculum, selected for their skills, background and experience to best meet the needs on your technologies. The instructors will use student guides and other supporting manuals and documentation to gather and learn as much information as possible in preparation for preparing to deliver technical content to your clients and students.
Delivery
DWWTC can deliver instructor-led training in any suitable city selected by our clients. Once a location has been identified, DWWTC will coordinate required facilities and equipment necessary for conducting the class.
DWWTC can provide training via three delivery means:
Instructor-Led Training. A traditional classroom and computer-lab setting offers the most effective learning solution, despite the time away from the office.
E-Learning. A real-time, instructor-led Web-based, voice enabled interactive learning system. Saves on cost and time away from the office, but easy to be distracted. Retention is not as strong as ILT.
Blended Learning. DWWTC can provide Web-based learning (video on demand) to support live ILT, supporting students in various time zones and skill levels. This method is the best of all options, however this can only be made available after course design and development has taken place.
Classroom and Lab
The overall learning goal is to create a comprehensive technical curriculum that meets the needs of your customer. An important step in achieving this goal comes from delivering training in a professional training environment, offering a clean comfortable atmosphere for each student.
DWWTC classrooms maintain the highest efficiency and comfortable learning environment for students. With offices in over 75 cities in the US, we can offer local training near major metropolitan areas that best meet the needs of your customers. Professional offices with wireless internet and private breakout rooms are also available for student convenience.
Support Services
Designing, building, and maintaining a good training program requires tremendous amounts of varying skills and resources. Many companies have some of needed talents in-house but find themselves constantly struggling with the ebb and flow of production releases, having too many resources one day and too few the next.
DWWTC will partner with your training department to maximize success, sharing the responsibility to meet deadlines, budgets, and specifications. Together we will ensure your training initiative is of the highest possible caliber.
Assessments & Evaluations
DWWTC will submit a post-class evaluation of student feedback on course and instructor quality after each session. DWWTC maintains a web site that is available online for 10 days after the class to gather student feedback at the conclusion of the course.
Upon completion of each training course, we will summarize and evaluate all student feedback. Students ranking lower than the average will receive a phone call from DWWTC Program Managers to discuss any issues. Reports on a per-class basis will be supplied to your Training Department so you can see the student satisfaction as well.
