DWWTC recognizes that the existing training program serves a key purpose: to promote learning, familiarity and ease of use on your product, and job skill improvement or enhancement. Training is also part of a larger performance factor, whose purpose is to ensure that people perform effectively and efficiently on your products. The overall goal of your choosing the DWWTC Training Program is to enhance the capabilities of your Sales and technical teams around the world, as well as clients, customers and end-users.
Dynamic Worldwide Training and Consulting is committed to quality delivery of your company training material and courses, striving to meet each student’s requirements for content, focus, and impact. Our staff understands the key importance a successfully delivered course, and we have assembled administrative, program management and a very strong group of instructors, selected as much for their field experience as for their classroom skills. DWWTC also maintains an average quality rating for our staff over 9.25 (10.0 scale) for instructor-led deliveries on classes measured by students at the completion of courses.
DWWTC will address the education requirements for developing and delivering technical training on behalf of your company by applying our experienced education staff to the program. With our team of Program Management, Administration, Development and Delivery staff, we are confident in our ability to respond to your requirement for developing, delivering, and administering training classes for your company.
DWWTC supports the management of this program and the infrastructure in place for development projects, delivery schedules, printing, registration, and/or quality evaluations as you require. We are able to provide ongoing training classes, allowing your education team to effectively focus on primary roles that meet the needs of your organization.
Project Management Plan
A project management plan will be created, defining the needs and timelines defined by your training department. These deliverables will be coordinated by the DWWTC Training Manager for project launch.
It is expected that any new information or changing conditions will require changes to the Management Plan therefore DWWTC provides a continuous evaluation of progress to plan, identifying and properly responding to proposed changes in project scope, and renewed direction for the project team members. The changes will be accessible by all members of our project team, the PM will update information sources used to keep all team members informed, directed and focused toward the accomplishment of our mutual project objectives.
The Design Document for each curriculum component will effectively and explicitly state the scope and content of each component and will serve to identify the set of tasks required to complete the curriculum component.
Quarterly meetings will be held to review quality, changes in material and future projects and courses to help facilitate growth, provide ongoing quality performance and determine plans of action for new products, technology and material.
