Palo Alto Education has determined that the number of Authorized Training Centers outweighs the demand in North America. While DWWTC was initially seen as an advantage to the reseller program, the business paradigm has shifted and the PAN Education Department has determined the need for an independent training company is no longer valuable.

Palo Alto Education has made the decision to reduce the number of ATCs, including the “neutral” training option. As of February 13, 2012 DWWTC will no longer be offering Palo Alto training classes.
