The Operation and Troubleshooting of Juniper Networks Routers (OTJNR) course is an intermediate-level, instructor-led course that focuses on the operation and troubleshooting of Juniper Networks M-series and T-series platforms. This course exposes attendees to fault analysis procedures and troubleshooting techniques similar to those used by engineers in the Juniper Networks Technical Assistance Center (JTAC) to enable rapid problem determination and resolution.

Please note that this course does not focus on configuration or on routing protocol operation/theory.

DWWTC is able to deliver this class only on customer premises at a rate commensurate with the number of students in attendance.
