Steps Toward Redeeming ALL Microsoft Training Vouchers:

How It Works:

Qualifying organizations receive technical training credits from Microsoft in the form of Software Assurance Training Vouchers. Each training credit can be redeemed for one free day of training with Dynamic Worldwide Training Consultants. Credits are issued to you by your Software Assurance Benefit Coordinator in the form of an e-mail voucher and can be applied to any Official Microsoft Learning Product.

To redeem the training:

  • Step 1: Go to http://licensing.microsoft.com/eLicense/L1033/Default.asp

    Log in to Microsoft's Software Assurance Program. From there you "assign" the training days to anyone within your company (i.e. assign to them to yourself). Please assign the voucher for the amount of days required to complete the desired training.

    When a training voucher is created, a training voucher notification e-mail is automatically sent to the administrator containing the voucher details and any special information that has been provided. More information is also available at: http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/sa/default.mspx

  • Step 2: Forward the Microsoft training voucher notification email to info@dwwtc.com
  • Step 3: You are finished.

Dynamic Worldwide Training Consultants goes to Microsoft's web site and reserves the course and updates the voucher status to "Reserved". (Go to the Training Voucher Detail window to view the reservation details.)

Once student attends the class, Dynamic Worldwide Training Consultants will go to Microsoft's web site and update the voucher to "Redeemed" status. (Go to the Training Voucher Detail window to view the voucher details.)

Once Dynamic Worldwide Training Consultants receives payment for the training, we will go to Microsoft's web site and update the status to "Paid". (Go to the Training Voucher Detail window to view the voucher details.)
