Purpose

Training retention is the goal of every course and instructor.  It is a proven fact that people tend to retain more knowledge if the training involves an energetic lecture, active discussions, and performance skills that reinforce the lecture.  Our philosophy has always been to "add value" to our partners’ training requests with the broad collective experience of our technical experts and instructors, allowing us to offer a wide range of lab services and capabilities that provide solutions to our clients. 

Our lab in Phoenix, Arizona currently hosts over 350 devices that are remotely-accessible equipment used exclusively for training delivery.  Products and technologies include LAN and WAN network components, Network Security devices, Microsoft™ and Linux/Unix administration workstations.  DWWTC has our own directly-employed technical staff that maintains the lab daily and outside normal business hours as necessary.  We can add value to your curriculum by providing lab access remotely, saving thousands of dollars in shipping costs annually.
