to use Redcell to configure and manage devices in their infrastructure. Topics include Discovering device inventory,
Discrete (real-time) configuration management, Event management/Monitoring, Active configuration, Back up and restoring configuration files, and Troubleshooting.
E-RICM: Redcell Inventory & Change Management - This 1-day Web-based, instructor-led course adds on to the RCM course and
teaches uses to manage change and compliance in their infrastructure, in addition to reporting. Topics include Managing configuration changes, Create & manage compliance
templates, Inventory reporting, Change reporting.
