RACC: Redcell IT Administration and Configuration Course
RACC - The 3-day instructor-led RACC teaches users how to implement and configure various components of the Redcell Application Suite version 6.X. This class focuses on configuration of the Redcell application in a variety of situations, including Redcell NetConfig, Redcell Assure, Redcell Inventory Manager and Redcell Change Manager software packages.
RMPLS: Redcell MPLS Administrator
The three day instructor-led Redcell MPLS Administrator Course teaches users to install, configure and troubleshoot the common components of the Redcell Application Suite. Students will learn to implement Redcell VPN Service Center-MPLS to configure Layer 2 and/or Layer 3 VPN services and services including Label Switch Paths (LSP) and Named Paths across heterogeneous networks.
E-LEARNING COURSES
E-RCM: Redcell Configuration Management
The 2-day Web-Based, instructor-led course teaches users how to use Redcell to configure and manage devices in their infrastructure. Topics include Discovering device inventory, Discrete (real-time) configuration management, Event management/Monitoring, Active configuration, Back up and restoring configuration files, and Troubleshooting.
E-RICM: Redcell Inventory & Change Management
This 1-day Web-based, instructor-led course adds on to the RCM course and teaches uses to manage change and compliance in their infrastructure, in addition to reporting. Topics include Managing configuration changes, Create & manage compliance templates, Inventory reporting, Change reporting.
