Purpose

Corporate training materials comprise the foundation for learning the technology and best practices of the company products. When students attend classes, they expect not only quality content, but high quality materials as well. To some students, the indication of quality is in the printed material, and to that end, DWWTC provides the highest quality printing services available for your training material.

Quality

DWWTC provides 2-sided printed material in color or B&W assembled in kit format for the customer audience. Binding, tabs, multiple volumes, and high quality graphics are all important features in printing our training materials. All kits will be printed and wrapped for each student, ensuring that each student receives the same quality and content without burdening the instructor with passing out each component.

Content

Due to the ongoing changes of the product and therefore course materials, for printing purposes we will lock down the content at least 10 business days prior to the next course print cycle. Using FTP, email or other means of electronic transmission, DWWTC will be able to provide the then-current course materials to DWWTC for preparation of the next class. DWWTC will maintain all course curriculums in a secure area on our server.

Kits not used in class will be returned to inventory for upcoming classes, thereby reducing the opportunity for "overruns" on content, thereby reduced training COGS.

Printing Services

DWWTC maintains a high-end print facility in our office in Phoenix, Arizona.  Our print services allow us to print color or B&W materials and deliver all student kits two days before a class at the classroom destination.  Services include printing, binding, shrink-wrap and addition of supplemental items such as name tents, note pads, pens and highlighters, reference materials.

Shipping

DWWTC ships using FedEx™, and enters tracking information on our web site for easy access by our staff.  Instructors will have the capability of monitoring all shipments to a class including equipment, workbooks and other components for their upcoming training events.
