  • Set Learning Objectives: In a combined effort, DWWTC will determine what participants must be able to accomplish at the conclusion of training, defining objectives that provide concrete tasks and a measure of success.
  • Create Performance Assessments: Course design requires that the participant has met the learning objective. A learner may be asked to demonstrate a skill, identify the correct action, or apply the knowledge.
  • Select Program Format: Our instructional designers will help determine whether instructor-led, e-learning, manuals or a blended learning solution will meet your project needs best.
  • Review the Instructional Design: DWWTC offers evaluation measurement and evaluations to ensure that the training material meets your needs.
