Delivery
Solution-Based Education
DWWTC is a quality-oriented training provider, and we are strongly positioned to meet the demanding training requirements of your employees and customers as a leveraged delivery mechanism.
Our team has hands-on experience with advanced network technologies including LAN and WAN networks, Network Security, Microsoft™ and Linux/Unix administration skills. Our philosophy has always been to "add value" to our partners training requests with the broad collective experience of our technical experts and instructors, allowing us to offer a wide range of services that provide solutions to our clients. Our consistent and steady business growth serves as evidence that our solutions-based approach leads to client success and satisfaction.
We are committed to superior delivery and ongoing quality in support of your corporate training courses, adding value to meet the learner's specific requirements with regard to content, focus and impact. Because we understand the essential role of applied knowledge in the successful delivery of technical curricula, we will assemble and prepare a team selected as much for their field and real-life experience as for demonstrated classroom capabilities.
Instructor Preparation
Our Train the Trainer program prepares instructors to conduct training by examining the various learning styles of trainees, and the adult learning process. The DWWTC Train the Trainer program is designed to develop the knowledge and presentation skills potential trainers need to deliver effective, dynamic training that ensures the transfer of knowledge.
We customize our Train the Trainer course to focus on the skills and training content vital to your business need. We can incorporate your specific training course content into the design of our course to provide you with both the soft skill techniques of being a trainer and the specific content of your training topics and courses.
Our Train the Trainer course increases the return on investment of your training dollars by allowing your company to build a qualified training support team that is readily accessible to provide the highest quality training.
Classroom Facilitation
Multiple learning styles require multiple delivery options to offer the most cost- effective and learner-effective solutions. The size of the skill gap is one important criterion in determining the most effective delivery option. Employees being introduced to new applications and/or business processes may need a more comprehensive training program than those upgrading skills. A physical classroom event may be part of the solution and can be supported by technology delivered workshops, skill assessments, discussion databases, etc. In some cases technology delivered solutions can be used to build prerequisites prior to attending traditional classroom training.
